Pierce was graduated from The Education University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Music in Education (Honours), major in Performance Pedagogy and minor in Jazz Music. During the study period, he had been awarded a several scholarships.

Pierce music journey began at the age of four. He started piano lessons from the teachers, Ms. Lee Mei Si, Ms. Yeung Ji Yan and Ms. Tang Nga Sam. Since 2013, he studied piano performance and music theory with Emeritus Prof. Edward Ho who is a renowned scholar in music academia. He had also taught by the famous pianists Mr. Shum Kin Wai and Ms. Colleen Lee and had the lessons from Mr. Choi Sown Le, Miss Nancy Loo and Prof. Eleanor Wong. Before the age of 17, Pierce obtained several diplomas with honours in piano performance. After being awarded the FTCL Diploma of Trinity College London in 2013, he got the FRSM Diploma of the Associate Board of Royal Schools of Music in 2019.

Pierce has extensive experience in shopping malls, schools, streets and public performances. In 2012, he held his first personal piano concert at Tuen Mun Town Hall, attracting unknown parents brought their children into the venue. From 2009 to 2015, he had taken part in numerous piano competitions organized by local and regional organizations, and won over 120 awards in the top three positions, including Hong Kong-Asian Piano Open Competition, Hong Kong International Piano Open Competition with Liszt Memorial Cup and the Chopin Memorial Cup, the Hong Kong Youth Piano Competition hosted by the Yuen Long Town Hall, the Hong Kong School Music Festival and so on. In 2014, he was awarded the "Tuen Mun District Outstanding Youth Award" by the Outstanding Youth Recognition Program sponsored by the Home Affairs Department and the Youth Affairs Committee. In 2013 and 2014, he was nominated "Student of the Year" organized by the South China Morning Post (SCMP) and co-organized by the Hong Kong Jockey Club and has been awarded the "Performing Artists Merit Award" in twice years. In 2018, the One Belt One Road World Chorus Festival organized by the World Youth Chorus Artists Association won the "Best Piano Accompaniment Award".

Since 2014, Pierce has participated in the production of a number of musicals, including acting as live piano accompaniment and assisting music director in the "Ruth" and "Esther" in 2014, 2015 and 2016 hosted by "Sky Theatre Creative" Arrangement and administrative work; 2016 "Esther" served as assistant music director and orchestra leader; in May 2017, "Jacob" was responsible for composition and arrangement. In July of the same year, "Jacob" officially became music director and live keyboard accompaniment. In April 2018, he was invited to act as the orchestra conductor for the musical "Migrating People OMG" produced by "Legend Infinity"; in the same month, he arranged for the annual concert of the Affiliated Primary School of St. Stephen's College; in December of the same year, he was a chorus for the Yuen Long Children More than 20 musical arrangements for the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Children's Preparatory Group; In February 2019, he composed, arranged and served as piano accompaniment for the 40th Anniversary Concert of Yuen Long Children's Choir.

Pierce was a pianist of Yuen Long DAC Treble Choir and Hong Kong University of Education Choir and, at present, is the piano accompaniment of Yuen Long Choir, Yuen Long Children's Choir. He has also served as a judge of many music competitions, including the Hong Kong Youth Piano Competition, Asia Music Competition for Young Artist Piano Open Class (Busan), Taiwan Asian Aegean Music Competition-Hong Kong Trial Competition, Hong Kong Youth Piano Open Competition, Hong Kong Children's Chinese Singing Competition.

Beginning of his secondary school, Mr. Lee had participated in a lot of international and local piano competitions, and often got into the top three places. In recent years, his participation of piano competitions has obviously been reduced, but it seems likely that he loves the competition venues and becomes the adjudicator. After school, Mr. Lee gives lessons to advanced students whom are prepared to take the examination of piano diplomas. He also works as accompanist for the public and school chorus, individual instrumentalists and vocalists. Since 2014, Mr. Lee has taken part in the production of several large-scale musicals hosted by Sky Theater Creative such as Ruth, Esther and Jacob. At start, he was assigned to perform live piano accompaniment. For the last two years, he became involved with the works of music arrangements, composing and administration, being the assistant music director and leader of the orchestra on the “Esther” musical 2016. He was the music director, and responsible for music arrangement, composing, and live accompaniment as well for the musical, Jacob 2017. He was engaged to act as the live orchestra conductor on the musical, Migrating People O.M.G hosted by Legend Infinity. Mr. Lee has just completed the music arrangement for the annual concert of the St. Stephen's College Preparatory School.

李鍵熙畢業於香港教育大學音樂教育榮譽學士，主修演奏教學法，副修爵士樂。在學期間曾獲頒發多項獎學金。音樂道路始於四歲，先後跟隨李美思老師、楊芷茵老師和鄧雅心老師習琴。自2013年獲 載譽音樂學術界，何司能教授 (Emeritus Professor Edward Ho) 收錄門下研習音樂理論和鋼琴演奏；同時受教於著名鋼琴家岑健威先生和李嘉齡小姐；亦曾得到國際著名鋼琴演奏家蔡崇力先生、羅乃新小姐和黃懿倫教授指導。李氏於17歲前經已以優等成績獲得多張演奏文憑，繼 2013年獲頒發英國聖三一音樂學院 FTCL院士文憑後，更於2019年 授予英國皇家音樂學院 FRSM 院士文憑。

李氏具有豐富商場、學校、街頭和公開表演經驗，於2012年在屯門大會堂舉行了首場個人鋼琴演奏會，吸引不認識的家長帶同他們的子女買票進場。由2009至2015年止，參加無數由本地和區域組織所舉辦的鋼琴比賽，獲取前三甲位置已多達120個獎項，其中包括香港 - 亞洲鋼琴公開比賽、香港國際鋼琴公開賽 - 李斯特紀念盃和蕭邦紀念盃、元朗大會堂主辦的香港青少年鋼琴大賽、香港學校音樂節等等。於2014年獲頒由民政事務處及青年事務委員會主辦的優秀青年嘉許計劃授予『屯門區優秀青年獎』及2013、2014連續兩屆獲頒由南華早報 (SCMP) 和香港賽馬會 (HK Jockey Club) 合辦的"Student of the Year"頒授"Performing Artists Merit Award"。2018年由世界青少年合唱藝術家協會所舉辦的一帶一路世界合唱節，獲評委團頒授『最佳鋼琴伴奏獎』。

2014年至今，李氏曾參與多套音樂劇製作，包括於由"Sky Theatre Creative"主辦2014、2015和2016年『路得記』和『以斯帖記』中擔任現場鋼琴伴奏、協助音樂總監編曲及行政工作；2016『以斯帖記』擔任助理音樂總監兼樂團領奏；2017年5月『雅各』負責作曲及編曲，同年7月『雅各』正式出任音樂總監及現場鍵盤伴奏。2018年4月，獲邀請為"Legend Infinity"製作的音樂劇"Migrating People O.M.G."擔任樂隊指揮；同月，亦為聖士提反書院附屬小學週年音樂會編曲；同年12月，為元朗兒童合唱團幼兒預備組40週年慶典音樂劇編曲20多首；2019年2月，為元朗兒童合唱團40週年音樂會作曲、編曲及擔任鋼琴伴奏。

李氏現為元朗合唱團、元朗兒童合唱團、元朗文協童聲合唱團及香港教育大學合唱團鋼琴伴奏，亦曾擔任多個音樂比賽評委，包括香港青少年鋼琴大賽、韓國亞洲音樂藝術家大賽 (斧山）、台灣亞洲愛琴海音樂大賽-香港區選拔賽、香港青少年鋼琴公開比賽、香港兒童中文歌唱比賽。
